IT Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects from initiation to completion. The IT Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and third-party vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Identify and secure necessary resources for project success.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
